• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Payment must be made within 24hrs of you receiving your booking confirmation. Payment not made within the time given, will result in the slot you've booked becoming free for another client.

• Please use your name as reference when making your deposit.

• Please give advance notice if you are running late to your appointment to avoid your service time being cut short. If your appointment has to be cut short as a result of your lateness, the full payment of the original service booked, will still be required.

• Please give 48hrs notice if you are unable to attend your appointment or to reschedule your booking, to avoid the forfeiture of your deposit (T&C may apply).

• Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, you will be given 4 weeks from the date of your original booking to do so. Should you fail to comply, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Please inform your stylist first, of anyone you wish to bring along to your appointment.

 

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time.

• Due to hygiene and quality standards, Wendi’s Room hair products cannot be returned once opened.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is verified. Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
